Position Overview: The Traveling Multi Family Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all phases of multifamily construction projects and ensuring that projects are completed on budget, on time, and with the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Maintaining communication with onsite subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project activities
Providing budget input throughout the process to ensure projects are completed within budget
Daily inspections, oversight, and evaluation of all construction activities
Ensuring all work on-site is completed per approved plans and specifications
Monitoring of all project activities to ensure they are completed on schedule
Regularly reporting on project progress to management
Identifying and addressing any issues that arise in a timely fashion
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
5 years of experience in multifamily construction
Strong knowledge of multifamily construction and industry best practices
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of applicable OSHA safety regulations
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to travel as needed
