Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Maintaining communication with onsite subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project activities
- Providing budget input throughout the process to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Daily inspections, oversight, and evaluation of all construction activities
- Ensuring all work on-site is completed per approved plans and specifications
- Monitoring of all project activities to ensure they are completed on schedule
- Regularly reporting on project progress to management
- Identifying and addressing any issues that arise in a timely fashion
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- 5 years of experience in multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of multifamily construction and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA safety regulations
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel as needed
