Location: Manhasset, NY - Onsite

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 Annual Base Salary (DOE), Yearly Bonuses (Performance Based), Yearly Reviews, Per Diems for traveling, Floating Vehicles Onsite when travel is far, PTO

Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Procore, General Contracting Industry, Medical Industry (Preferred)

We are a small, family oriented company founded 20 years ago in the GM/CM Industry! Some of the services we offer to our clients are Commercial, Residential, Pre-Construction, Special Projects, and Site Management. We work on a National level but currently most of our projects are located in Connecticut, New York, and Florida.

Our company recently gained 3 new projects locally (New York area) that are funded. Our team only takes on roles that are stable - we move strategically! We have an open door policy with our executive team and our CEO is very hands-on and available all around the clock.

Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for the overall coordination, completion, and quality control of construction projects. The Superintendent will provide project management, oversee the construction process, and ensure that all projects are completed on-time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion.
• Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure that they are meeting the established budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that materials, labor, and equipment are provided in a timely manner.
• Identify any potential issues and develop solutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed.
• Ensure that all projects meet local, state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with project owners, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
• Create and maintain project documentation including budgets, schedules, and other related documents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience in managing heavy gut renovations.
• Experience in the medical and gas industries is a plus.
• Proficient in Procore and Estimating software is a plus
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Understanding of local, state and federal construction regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
