Job Title: Sell-side M&A Manager (Solar/ESS)
Location: 100% Remote.
Salary: $120k - 250k .
Requirements: At least 3 years experience working on sell-side as M&A Manager for Solar/ESS development projects. Bachelors Degree, and an MBA or Law Degree preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing project due diligence from term sheet to acquisition closing, working closely with development, permitting, real estate, finance, and engineering teams.
• Identifying and quantifying key risks with potential project acquisitions and working with legal and commercial leadership to mitigate those risks.
• Conducting outreach to developers and developing new relationships with potential partners for project acquisitions.
• Manages the Safe System of Work (SSoW) practices and works closely with the Crisis Management team on emergencies.
• Managing detailed reporting of ongoing deal updates, project return profiles, and key project risks.
