The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our Recruiting team. The primary focus of this position is to coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that candidates are promptly and effectively sourced, interviewed, and hired.

This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities : 16-20 hours per weekCoordinate the recruitment process with all stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Recruiters, etc.

Source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and other methodsSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersConduct initial phone screenings with candidatesFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate records and update systems with progress of recruitment tasksAssist with onboarding new hiresEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processAssist with recruitment-related tasks as required

Required Qualifications : At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment-related roleStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the recruitment processExperience using job boards and other sources to source candidatesExcellent organizational and communications skillsProficient computer skills and experience with applicant tracking systems
