Field Inspector - Position Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Field Inspector to join our team. This position is responsible for performing inspections and quality control checks of construction sites and completing energy audit / studies.

The Field Inspector will be expected to travel to different sites and conduct a variety of tests including RFI inspections, Hers certifications, Blower Door tests, and Duct Blasting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct field inspections on construction sites
• Complete energy audits / studies when necessary
• Perform RFI inspections, Hers certifications, Blower Door tests, and Duct Blasting
• Ensure quality standards and building codes are met
• Identify and report any safety concerns
• Complete inspection paperwork and reports as necessary

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferred
• Proficiency in RFI inspections, Hers certifications, Blower Door tests, and Duct Blasting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to different sites when necessary
