Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other personnel related to construction projects.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor progress and review progress reports.
- Liaise with clients to meet project expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage budgets, schedules, and quality of work.
- Review and analyze project performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field experience.
- Proven experience working with construction and commercial projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant technologies.
