Product Manager

Position Overview: The Product Manager will be responsible for product development, sales, and support of capital equipment. They will analyze customer needs, identify and develop new products, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Product Manager will work to ensure that the capital equipment meets customer needs and meets all applicable safety and performance standards. The successful candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a knowledge of the capital equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs, identify and develop new products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with engineering and sales teams to develop capital equipment that meets customer needs.
• Ensure that the capital equipment meets all applicable safety and performance standards.
• Provide support to customers, including troubleshooting, repairs, and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product development, capital equipment sales, and dust collection.
• Knowledge of FCM, Pin Mill, and Pneumatic Conveyance.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• Must be motivated, driven, and customer service-oriented.
