We're looking for a detail oriented professional with estimating experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall, high-performance coatings, insulation, waterproofing, and commercial paint.

What You Will Be Doing
- You will manage the pre-construction process and lead the coordination with subcontractors and material suppliers.
- You will analyze plans and specifications to create accurate cost estimates and proposals.
- You will also review bid documents and contracts to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- You will provide design and construction support to ensure successful project completion.
- You will also ensure the estimating team is performing at a high level
What You Need for this Position
- 5 years experience in commercial construction
- Ability to communicate well, especially to clients
- Experience with Drywall, insulation, high-performance coatings, waterproofing, etc.
- Detail oriented and task driven
