Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering individualized strength training programs, and helping clients reach their fitness goals.

This position requires extensive knowledge of the principles of strength training, physical conditioning, and exercise science.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized strength training programs tailored to clients fitness goals and abilities.
• Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients strength and conditioning needs.
• Provide instructions on proper technique and form for a variety of exercises.
• Monitor and adjust programs as needed to ensure progress.
• Educate clients on anatomy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain client records and progress reports.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience as a personal trainer or strength coach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of strength training, physical conditioning, and exercise science.
• Familiarity with Starting Strength and / or similar strength training programs preferred.
• Certified Strength Trainer (CST) certification preferred.
