We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll management, along with the ability to handle various tasks associated with the payroll process.

The successful applicant should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple teams across the organization.

Position Overview : The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for administering, managing, and coordinating the payroll process for the company.

This includes payroll processing, tax filing, reporting, auditing, and other tasks associated with payroll. The Payroll Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring payroll is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for employees
  • Prepare, process, and track payroll deductions
  • Prepare and file payroll taxes
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports
  • Perform internal audits related to payroll processes
  • Assist with audits from outside agencies
  • Maintain payroll records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure payroll data is entered into the system accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations related to payroll
  • Provide support and training to payroll staff as needed

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2 years of payroll experience
  • Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Experience with GL coding and e-banking
  • Strong with Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc)
