The Master Technician is responsible for providing technical expertise in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of systems.

This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform troubleshooting for electrical systems
• Diagnosing, identifying, and resolving mechanical and power systems problems
• In-depth knowledge and mechanical experience in gas engines, engine rebuilds for high / medium speed engines, power pack replacement, coupling replacements, pump exchanges
• Documenting repairs and maintenance activities
• Execute inspections and refabrication of parts
• Providing customer service and responding to inquiries
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Ordering parts and supplies as needed

Qualifications :

• Certified Master technician with 5 years of experience
• Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time to visit new company sites
