Location: Ligonier, IN
Salary: $85,000 - $93,000 Bonus $2,000 Sign On BonusWe are a large manufacturing company with locations across the country. We've been around for over 30 years and we're a tier 1 supplier within the automotive sector
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage process related tooling in preparation for each production run
- Modify and revise drawing and process sheets as a result of continuous improvement in the process.
- Using Lean and CI principles work to improve capability and scrap reduction.
- Verify conformance of components to customer specifications.
- Analyze weekly production results, identify deficiencies and implement the necessary improvements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the manufacturing environment
- An understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and other process/ continuous improvement tool
- Experience with AutoCad and/or Solidworks
- Experience with manufacturing equipment or assembly lines
- $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
