Title : Maintenance Supervisor

Location : Ligonier, IN

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 Bonus $2,000 Sign On Bonus

We are a large manufacturing company with locations across the country. We've been around for over 30 years and we're a tier 1 supplier within the automotive sector

What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead all activities within our Maintenance department in the Plant
• Supervise, strategize, delegate, and provide technical expertise to various plant mechanical trades
• Lead department in the maintaining of equipment, machines, and systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve maintenance issues to improve reliability and uptime
• Assist in the implementation of capital projects

What You Need for this Position

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a Manufacturing environment (Supervisor or Lead)
• An understanding of Lean, 5S, and other process / continuous improvement tools
