Job Details
Role Description:
This is a full-time Defense Attorney located in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Defense Attorney you will be responsible for representing clients in court and virtually, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients. You will also be responsible for preparing legal briefs, motions, and pleadings, and conducting depositions.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, product liability and insurance coverage
Experience providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and negotiating
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in personal injury litigation is a plus
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Current license to practice law in Texas
