The Junior Estimator for Kitchen & Bath position is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their estimating skills in the construction industry. In this role you will be responsible for providing cost estimates to clients for their kitchen and bath remodeling projects. You will need to have a strong understanding of the construction process and have excellent analytical skills in order to accurately assess the material and labor costs associated with a project.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze project data to create accurate and timely estimates for kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
• Consult with clients to determine their project needs and budget.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals in order to win contracts.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling process.
• Proficiency in the use of estimation and bid software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
