Position Overview : The Install Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and programming security devices, CAT6, cloud security devices, and other related systems.

The Install Technician will be working with a wide range of customers, so attention to detail and customer service skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, configure, and maintain security devices, CAT6, cloud security devices, and other related systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
  • Program security systems, cloud security devices, and other related systems.
  • Perform quality control checks and system modifications.
  • Maintain customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
  • Ensure safety regulations are followed during installation.

Qualifications :

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of two years experience in installation, programming, or related field.
  • Must have a proven track record of successful installations and troubleshooting.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have experience with hand tools and basic programming languages.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Apprentice level training in the security, CAT6, cloud security devices, and other related systems.
