Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter - Direct-Hire
Job Location: 100% Remote Forever - No Travel Expectations
Salary: $50k Uncapped Commissions ($80k OTE year 1 / $120k OTE year 2 - Potential for $300k )
Benefits: Base, Commission, Health/Dental/Vision, 401k Match, ESPP, Tech Allowance
Must Haves
  • 1 Yr. Full Desk Agency Exp.
  • 1 Yr. Remote Exp.
  • 1 Yr. Lead Generation Exp.
  • 1 Yr. Closing Exp.
We are a 300 person recruitment agency that focuses on the Tech, Construction and Accounting industries. If you are looking for a fully remote forever role where you can build and run your own book of business then this is the role for you. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of Full-Desk Recruiting experience at an Agency that have experience with both lead generation and closing.

  • Generating your own leads via cold calling and outbound email marketing
  • Servicing those leads and converting them into clients
  • Sourcing talent for your clients
