Project Manager / Estimator Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a variety of painting and coatings projects, from estimation to completion.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the painting and coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze painting and coatings project requirements and create precise, detailed estimates.
• Schedule and coordinate projects, including hiring contractors, ordering materials, and following safety protocols.
• Monitor projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget.
• Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
• Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management / estimator role in the commercial painting and coatings industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and best practices.
• Proficient with using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
