We're a growing full-service fire sprinkler & alarm contractor that's got a strong presence in the local markets around Brownsville, TN. Currently, we're looking for a Fire Sprinkler Superintendent who can spearhead our installation operations and help us continue to expand in this market.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage 3-4 fire sprinkler installation crews
• Manage, schedule, and train all fire sprinkler field installers/technicians
• Oversee the installation of Fire Sprinkler and Standpipe systems for projects
• Coordinate our installers with projects, material suppliers, office admin and project managers
• Assist with the project life-cycle management of new install projects (planning, scheduling, installation, etc.)
• Manage operational materials

What You Need for this Position

• High school diploma (GED)
• 3 years of fire sprinkler installation project management
• Knowledge of commercial and residential fire sprinkler installation projects
• Proven experience managing direct reports
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of relevant NFPA Codes
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Backflow Certification is a PLUS (will be required once employed)
• OSHA 10 or 30 is a PLUS (will be required once employed)
