We are looking for a self-motivated Field Service Technician with experience in CNC Lathes, Machining Centers, Machine Installation, Machine Repair, Mechanical, Machine tool, PLC, HYD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and service for our CNC products, as well as installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in the field.

This position is ideal for someone who likes to travel and enjoys a challenge.

Position Overview : The Field Service Technician will travel to customer sites to provide technical service, install, maintain, and repair CNC equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Travel to customer sites to provide technical service, maintain, and repair CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any issues with CNC equipment.
• Install CNC equipment and modify / upgrade existing equipment.
• Provide customer support and training.
• Complete service reports and document any service activities.

Qualifications :

• Experience with CNC Lathes, Machining Centers, Machine Installation, Machine Repair, Mechanical, Machine tool, PLC, and HYD.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CNC software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
