What You Will Be Doing

As an Estimator you will be responsible for :

• Preparing detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies from schematic or feasibility-level documentation
• Understanding of unit costs and the factors that affect construction cost
• Bidding, soliciting bids, communicating with the bidders, evaluating subcontractor proposals
• Creating preconstruction schedules and update as needed

What You Need for this Position

1 to 4 years of commercial estimating experience needed for this position.
