My client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing for an immediate hiring need. They specialize in products in digestive, skin, cough and cold and allergy markets. They are pharmaceutical company with branded products over the counter and consumer goods sold throughout US and Canada through pharmacies, and other big retailers. our facilities manufacture dry powder, liquid product and assemble medical devices. We work with some large accounts which include Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Target and more.

What you will be doing:

• They are seeking a very experience and dynamic Head of Manufacturing to be based in Santa Rosa, CA.
• This person will report directly to the CEO and will support Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and HR.
• You will be overing the production of over 450 different SKU's manufactured in the plant.

Experience required:

• Experience with Facilities in an ISO 13485, CE Mark as well as FDA certified OTC drug and class 1 device manufacturing facility.
• Proven experience leading and managing a large manufacturing plant the processe3s liquid filling, dry powder filling, tube filling, suppositories and canister fillings.
• You will be required to oversee all production of consumer product goods in various languages including Spanish, British English, French, German, Chinese, Arabic as well as several other languages.
• Must have knowledge of mechanical equipment, OSHA certification, and preferable six Sigma training.
• Must have at lease 7 years of experience leading a manufacturing operations.
