Position Overview : The Construction Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction team.

This position works closely with contractors, vendors, and other personnel to ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.

The Construction Coordinator is also responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, budgeting, and providing project updates to management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the construction team
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor and track construction progress for multiple projects
• Work with contractors, vendors, and other personnel to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget
• Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders
• Provide project updates to management
• Prepare and maintain records and documents
• Assist in the pre-construction activities for new projects
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, permit and building codes

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in multi-family construction
• Familiarity with Procore software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
