We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of commercial roofing projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful completion of projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of commercial roofing materials, such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Flat Roof, as well as experience with new construction, service, re-roofs, and large commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Track progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
• Conduct inspections of work sites and ensure safety standards are met
• Address any issues that arise during the project and provide solutions to ensure successful completion

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in commercial roofing and project management
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Flat Roof
• Experience with new construction, service, re-roofs, and large commercial projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and travel if necessary
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
