Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Provide oversight for day-to-day operations on job sites
- Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and job specifications
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, including TPO, EPDM, flat roof, pvc, reroofs, new construction, and restoration.
- Experience managing large commercial roofing projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to job sites.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
