Commercial Painting Project Manager/Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our Commercial Painting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking on multiple projects at once and managing them from start to finish. They should be proficient in managing projects efficiently and effectively. They will be responsible for estimating the costs needed for each project, ensuring that they remain within the budget. The ideal candidate should have had previous experience in commercial painting, coatings and coatings paints.

• Position Overview: The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for managing all projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed within the budget and time frame.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Estimating costs for each project
  • Ensuring that projects are completed within the budget and time frame
  • Managing any issues that arise during the project
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of each project
  • Monitoring and closing projects
• Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in commercial painting, coatings and coatings paint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
