Position Overview : The Bridge Superintendent will be responsible for supervision and coordination of bridge construction projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of bridge construction projects, including safety, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Identify potential problems and risks during the construction process then develop and implement solutions.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to subcontractors to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
• Communicate with general contractors and project owners to ensure projects are being completed to specifications.
• Inspect all bridge construction work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Schedule and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment for bridge construction projects.
• Ensure that construction projects adhere to relevant regulations, laws, and safety standards.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in bridge construction.
• Knowledge of sitework, retaining walls, bridge infrastructure, concrete paving, and underground utilities.
• Experience working with design-build and site superintendent projects.
• Experience with heavy civil, bridge and structure, bridge, heavy highway, highway, concrete, excavation, and earthwork projects.
• Experience with railroad, bridge inspection, and civil engineering projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
