Position Overview : The BIM Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) system for the organization.

The BIM Coordinator will use 3D modeling and other advanced visualizations to improve operational and project efficiency.

This position requires excellent communication, planning and organization skills, with the ability to assess technical and design requirements, and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain BIM models for projects, including generating 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards and procedures.
• Manage the BIM database, including organizing BIM data, tracking version control and archiving projects.
• Create training materials and conduct BIM training sessions.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders on BIM implementation.
• Develop workflows and processes for efficient BIM coordination.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM data.
• Create automated scripts, macros and other tools to improve BIM processes.
• Evaluate and recommend 3D modeling and rendering software.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience with BIM software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Architectural Desktop, Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Scheduling, Estimating, 3D / 4D / 5D BIM, and Project Management.
• Strong understanding of the BIM process.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
