Job Title: Assoc. Dir, Clinical Trials

Location: Billerica, MA

Salary: $115-140k

Requirements: Clinical Trial Management

What You Will Be Doing

• Manages multiple studies, projects, and work streams
• Lead global project teams
• Development of the clinical trial strategy to ensure successful project execution and delivery of clinical operational plan
• Work interdepartmentally with the Clinical Operations Team and/or Global Program Team.
• Senior advisor and mentor within the team and beyond and serves as best practice resource within own discipline or as technical expert on cross functional teams or projects.

What You Need for this Position

Required:

• 10 Years in Clinical Trial Research

• 7 Years in clinical Trial Management

• Track record in clinical trial planning and startup

Preferred:

• Advanced degree

• Background in Oncology and/or immunology
