We are looking for an experienced Assistant Commercial Project Manager with Condo Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in commercial construction, project management, and construction, specifically with condominiums and condos. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining a safe work environment.
Position Overview

• Assist the Commercial Project Manager with the management and successful completion of projects, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, warranties, and material schedules.
• Assist in developing and implementing project plans and ensuring that they are followed and completed according to the timeline.
• Communicate with the Project Manager to ensure that all project related activities are planned and carried out.
• Assist in scheduling of all project related activities.
• Ensure that all project related activities are in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure that all project related activities are organized and completed as per the project plan.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that projects are being completed according to specifications.
• Maintain records of project progress and communicate any changes to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction and experience with condos and condominiums.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and ability to multi-task.
