Who you are :

• 1 - 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing assembly in a regulated environment
• Trouble shooting electro-mechanical systems
• Experience with Excel and Word
• Experience with medical devices, fiber optics, or lenses (Plus)
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings
• Assembly using basic handheld and power tools
• Effective English communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team environment with effective interpersonal skills
• Understands Quality and the effect it has in a production environment

What you will be doing :

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, drawings, and procedures
• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System
• Completes all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor
• Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management (redlining procedures / drawings, troubleshooting, etc.)
