-hybrid remote(2 days remote and 3 days onsite a week at Brooklyn Park office) - Full-Time/Permanent-
$70k - $80k Base with 10% bonus | 18 Days PTO starting | 401k matching
Over the last 50 years we have become one of the nation's largest providers of pharmacy tech services to more than 800 hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide!
You will be contributing to the new development of our key SaaS product which is a cutting-edge pharmacy management software driving financial, operational, clinical, and regulatory effectiveness across enterprises.
What You Need for this Position
- Technical troubleshooting experience with languages like JavaScript, .NET, Java....MUST HAVE SKILL
- Enterprise application support
- Client Facing
- JIRA
What You Will Be Doing
- You will be responsible for providing technical support for our key SaaS product, solving client issues, needs, requests, and ideas and ensure all requests are resolved quickly and with a positive attitude.
- Tasks include critical thinking, effective internal and external communication, and investigating root cause resolution.
- You will handle multiple client requests with the highest level of professional service and will proactively learn the product, troubleshoot problems, understand when to escalate a request, and communicate issues for greater awareness.
