Based out of our office in Scottsdale, this is a mobile role (company vehicle, company gas card provided); working with clients and job sites across the valley. In this role, the Client Service Technician's responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, providing concierge level service to clients for all integration related systems (A/V, lighting, window coverings, networks, etc.), deploying and managing control systems, CCTV and security systems, developing ongoing standards for remote / site management, coordinate and update client portals, etc.
Integration industry knowledge (control systems, networks, etc.) and technical experience (Lutron, Savant, Crestron, Josh.ai, etc.) are required for this position.
