The P&C Insurance Customer Support Specialist - Work from Home (Permanent) interacts with policyholders to address policy questions and related customer insurance needs. In this permanent Work-from-Home position the Associate serves as a liaison between policyholders and internal functions such as underwriting and accounting. The candidate handles inbound calls and emails in supporting policyholder needs. Candidates must be Producer licensed, although this is not a sales role.
