Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks such as operating a forklift to load and unload trucks, packing steel coils, and maintaining the facility. This is a vital role in our distribution and requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The position works day shift Monday through Friday. Opporunities for overtime available based on business needs. The starting pay is $15.70 to $16.10.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to load and unload coils.
• Package and secure coils for shipment (requires physical labor)
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining a clean and organized facility
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Ability to operate forklifts or other equipment safely and efficiently
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.70 - $16.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
