**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Marketing to lead our marketing marketing intiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. We are a manufacturing company so background in manufacturing is preffred but not required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns that support sales objectives
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful project execution
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of success
- Strong knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, HTML5, and marketing automation
- Experience in print advertising and advertising sales is a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Solid understanding of sales principles and practices
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and techniques
