Christiana Campbell's Tavern: This historic tavern, George Washington's personal favorite, is Colonial Williamsburg's premier dining tavern. Grilled seafood dishes are balanced with regional favorites such as Clam Chowder, Crab Cakes, and Muddle - a tomato-based stew of shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets. Chicken Imperial and Filet Mignon are also offered. The entrees are complemented by long-time tavern favorites: Campbell's Cabbage Slaw, Spoon Bread, and Pumpkin muffins.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing duties
• Provides bar service for waiter/waitress.
• Performs beginning and ending inventories; requisitions needed liquor
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to A.B.C. § 4.1-307 
• 1 year bartending experience or completion of bartending school.
• Demonstrated excellent public contact skills.
• Ability to (1) meet standards listed below; (2) handle money accurately
• Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: (1) moving loads up to 50 lbs.; (2) lifting, bending, stooping
