DISHWASHER / PREP COOK

FULL TIME, PART TIME & CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE*

RESTAURANT CLOSES AT 7 : 45pm

Cambridge Village of Wilmington, an Independent Living Retirement Community is actively hiring for the position of a Dishwasher / Prep.

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.

Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.

Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.

Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers

Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift..

Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.

Qualifications :

Experience Dishwashing (preferred but not required)

Serv Safe Certification (preferred but not required)

Physical Demands :

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, walk and stand intermittently throughout the work day

May occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds.

May be exposed to hot / cold temperatures in kitchen / storage areas.

Subject to falls, cuts, burns from equipment
