Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train retail staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure proper inventory control and manage stock levels
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the store

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales is preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
