Responsibilities:
- Works on multiple projects/applications as a project team member.
- Considered a subject matter expert for several projects/applications.
- Works on projects of moderate to high complexity within one development environments.
- The Senior BA/QA work with software developers and business customers to ensure that the business needs are met by the systems being built, changed, enhanced, or purchased.
- Develops formal test plans and test cases.
- This includes writing, maintaining, and executing functional, regression, and integration test scripts based on requirements documentation.
- t times, may develop automation of test cases.
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
- Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
- Creates, tracks, maintains, and verifies defects vi defect management system.
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.

- Research the current market for similar products and compare results.
- Participates in customer meetings as well as project team meetings.
- Participates in project team meetings during multiple phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Communicates testing results to team members and stakeholders. Helps guide customers, maintain defect logs, and answer questions during User Acceptance Testing.
- With minimal direction, selects and effectively uses tools that support test plans and test processes.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in providing QA testing for complex web solutions (websites) manual and automated.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience testing web solutions in an enterprise environment with external customers.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience testing web solutions in a Drupal 8/9/10 environment.
- 2 years of experience developing, updating, and executing automated test scripts.
- 2 years experience with Selenium testing tools.
- 2 years of manual regression testing experience.
- 2 years experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Oral and written communication skills.

Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or proven equivalent work experience, AND three (3) years of systems analysis and/or business analysis experience, AND two (2) years experience in documentation, quality assurance, integration, and user acceptance testing OR 4 years demonstrated experience as a hands-on QA specialist.
- dvanced level experience in software development methodologies, like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience working in state government.
