**SAWMILL TEAM LEADER / PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - DIXFIELD**

**Qualifications:**
* Minimum Education / Experience: Relevant Trade Certification or Associates Degree, or 4 years of supervisory/team leader experience
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team
* Committed to top performance in a safe work environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Available to work flexible hours
* Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sawmill Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for the overall results (production, quality, safety) of a shift.**
* Lead and cultivate a collaborative production team
* Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs
* Duties include scheduling personnel and weekly payroll submission
* Training, developing, and coaching employees
* Work with the team to maintain company cleanliness standards
* Lead and participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness
