The Pharmacy Technician position provides individuals with an opportunity to work in a leading retail pharmacy company and in a role that positively impacts the lives and health of others. Pharmacy Technicians take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Pharmacy technician trainees are responsible for helping customers with their health needs. This includes producing medications for the pharmacist, inputting new prescriptions from doctors offices, and completing transactions with customers. A pharmacy technician license is desired but not mandatory. On the job training will be provided if no prior pharmacy work experience.
As a district support technician you will assist the District Leader in stores throughout the district where help is needed. You will be trained on inventory practices so that you can prepare and execute store inventories throughout the year.
