Accurately and productively assist the pharmacist in the prescription filling process and with compliance of local, state, federal, and company regulations as necessary

Support on-site pharmacy audit reviews

Assists pharmacist and other Technicians to maintain an efficient medication distribution system in order to provide safe and efficient patient care

Bed-side delivery of medications to discharging patients

Maintains competency by completing assigned, mandatory in-services and all mailbox in-services

Performs required audits, unit inspections and QA procedures

Perform all typical duties of a retail pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and local pharmacy drug outlet procedures

Fill physician orders for patient medications under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision

Communicate with and service the needs of the Retail Pharmacy clientele

Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
