CV Home Health Services provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Alabama. We are adding a PRN Licensed Medical Social Worker to our team. The PRN Licensed Medical Social Worker / LMSW provides social work services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Administrator Director of Nursing. Services are provided by a qualified social worker or a social work assistant under the supervision of a qualified social worker.

Qualifications:

• Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited school of Social Work
• One (1) year social work experience in a health care setting, home health preferred
• Current state license
