Cuzins Car Wash is looking for a Crew Leader for our fast growing wash in Largo, Florida.

The Crew Leader will carry out the duties of a Customer Service Attendant and also support the Assistant Car Wash Manager/Site Manager to drive daily car wash operations. Crew Leader will assist in fostering strong customer relationships and processing high quality, clean cars for our Car Wash.

• Have a strong customer service background and enjoy providing an excellent service experience to customers.
• Enjoy working hard in an outdoors fast paced customer focused environment (not an office job)
• Willing to adapt and re adapt to the ever changing business environment.
• Can help drive profit through customer satisfaction, increased volume, and customer loyalty.
• Enjoy team building including training, developing people and leading by example.
• Willing to learn, support and work closely with the Asst. Manager/Site Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the car wash industry.
• Previous Car Wash management experience preferred.
• Will have hands on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, electronics, and pumps. Have the ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours a week including weekends
• General knowledge of employment laws and human resource policies and programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills required.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills a plus.
• Strong work ethic, energy and motivation.
• Previous human resources training and bi-lingual ability is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors and in wet conditions.
• Must possess the ability to perform staff scheduling, troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, maintenance and adjustments to the equipment.

This position will report to the Site Manager/Asst. Manager/ Owner of Cuzins Car Wash

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
