Cutty Protection and Security is currently accepting applications for Licensed Security Agents 

• Full-Time and Part-Part Time
• Uniformed, unarmed security officers $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Must have Current AZ guard card
• Must work weekends

Agent Requirements

1. Good Physical Condition
2. Have open availability for post assignments including weekends and holidays
3. Punctual and dependable
4. Able to make quick reactions / decisions
5. Write Security Reports
6. Provide your own equipment - Weapon, Ammo, Duty Belt, Flashlight, Baton,Vest, Cuffs
7. Former Law Enforcement, Ex Military and Department of Corrections encouraged to apply
8. Opportunity for qualified agents to be licensed and trained to our Investigation Division

To be eligible for the $1000.000 hiring bonus officers must be in good standing for a period of 90 days. This includes, but is not limited to, no more than 2 call-offs in that time, no call offs with less than a 4 hour notice, no no-call/no-shows, no post abandonment, no disciplinary actions, and officer must maintain full-time status.
