```Duties```
- Measure and cut drywall to specified dimensions
- Install drywall panels onto walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Secure drywall panels using nails, screws, or adhesive
- Tape and apply joint compound to seams and nail/screw indentations
- Smooth out joint compound and create a seamless finish
- Sand drywall surfaces to ensure a smooth and even texture
- Repair damaged or cracked drywall by patching or replacing sections
- Prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering
```Qualifications```
- Experience in drywall installation and hanging
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of maintenance person skills such as fixture installation, caulking, and construction painting
