Description
CutisCare provides management services to wound care and hyperbaric medicine service lines in hospitals nationwide. As a Medical Assistant, you will be joining a team of compassionate wound care specialists in positively impacting the patients’ quality of life throughout their healing journey. This is a full time position with medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) match and paid time off.
The Medical Assistant::
Appropriately performs patient triage, assists physician with office procedures, and accurately documents patient data
Demonstrates and maintains working knowledge of front desk procedures and assists in these functions when dictated by workload
Communicates effectively with customers (patients, physicians, and other associates) practicing excellent customer relations skills at all times
Ensures that all exam rooms and equipment are stocked, cleaned, and ready for the next patient
Able to assist patients with scheduling questions by accessing the scheduling system
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program, or 5 years experience with certification
High school graduate or equivalent
Basic Life Support BLS
