Position Overview:

As a Barista and Customer Service Associate at Cute Cakes Bakery, you will be crucial in providing our customers with a warm and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve various coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more.
• Assist in preparing bakery items, such as cupcakes, cookies, and pastries.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and bakery display.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Passion for coffee and baked goods.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
