Inclusive dress code policy; express your authentic self! The hourly rate for this position is $22.56 plus a team bonus based on showroom performance. You are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable state and federal law. What you’ll do: Utilize your sales experience to achieve and surpass sales objectives, optimizing order values and effectively managing leads. Apply a results-oriented approach to meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating persistence and resilience in all tasks. Engage in critical thinking to solve problems and make decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes. Exhibit excellent time management skills to efficiently balance customer engagement with other responsibilities. Show self-motivation by proactively reaching out to potential leads and following up on opportunities. Adapt to changing business needs, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
